Kardemir, the largest steel long product maker in Turkey planned to sell 471,500 tons of steel in the first quarter of 2013.
In the first quarter of next year, the company planned to sell 224,750 tons of billet and bloom, 157,500 tons of rebar, 80,250 tons of rail and section and 9,000 tons of pig iron.
